CT Technologist - Night Shift

The CT Technologist is responsible for delivering high-quality, safe imaging services at WMCG as part of a collaborative care team. They perform CT procedures independently, ensuring diagnostic images meet quality standards while minimizing radiation exposure (ALARA). Key duties include preparing patients, explaining procedures using AIDET, ensuring patient comfort and safety, administering contrast via venipuncture, and positioning patients accurately. They review images for diagnostic acceptability, document procedures thoroughly, and maintain equipment and work areas per infection control protocols. The role requires minimum one year radiology experience, ARTR - R and CT certifications, and BLS certification. The technologist must work efficiently, support department operations, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
