We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove lines like "Are you a current UMass Memorial Health caregiver? Apply now through Workday." That's application instruction? Probably remove. Also remove "Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Hiring Range: $35.94 - $58.96 (based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week). Please note that final offer will vary based on scheduled hours..." That's pay info, we need Pay section. Also schedule details: "Schedule Details: Friday, Holidays - Every Other Holiday, Monday, Tuesday Scheduled Hours: 7p-7a Shift: 1 - Day Shift, 12 Hours (United States of America) Hours: 36 Cost Center: 10014 - 3578 Cat Scan Union: SHARE Marlborough This position may have a signing bonus available a member of the Recruitment Team will confirm eligibility during the interview process." That's schedule and maybe benefits (signing bonus). We'll need to extract schedule specifics: days: Friday, Holidays - Every Other Holiday, Monday, Tuesday. Hours: 7p-7a (night shift?), shift: Day Shift? Actually says Shift: 1 - Day Shift, 12 Hours. Hours: 36 (maybe weekly hours). We'll keep schedule details. We also have "Under the supervision..." etc. That's responsibilities. We'll need to capture responsibilities list: bullet points under I. Major Responsibilities and Standard Staffing Level Responsibilities. We'll combine into responsibilities. Qualifications: II. Position Qualifications includes License/Certification/Education and Experience/Skills. We'll separate into Qualifications (license/cert/education) and Skills (experience/skills). Also maybe Requirements? The posting doesn't have a separate "Requirements" heading; but we could treat Qualifications as Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. About the role: There's a paragraph describing the role: "Under the supervision of the Senior CT Scan Technologist and department leadership, provides direct patient care services and other related functions in support of the department. Performs independently within scope of department policies. Clinically works at the direction of a qualified Radiologist." That's about the role. Also earlier "Everyone Is a Caregiver..." is generic boilerplate maybe remove? It's about organization but could be considered About the role? It's more about the organization; but we can keep a brief About the role summarizing the role description. We must preserve all substantive info; we can't summarize away detail, but we can keep the sentences as is. We'll include that paragraph. Responsibilities: We'll list bullet points from I. Major Responsibilities and Standard Staffing Level Responsibilities. Requirements: Might be license/certification/education? Actually Qualifications includes license/cert/education and experience/skills. The instruction separate Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. We could put license/cert/education under Requirements, and experience/skills under Skills. Or we could put all under Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for those sections only if posting has real specific content. The posting does have license/cert/education requirements and experience/skills. So we can split. Thus: - Requirements: License/Certification/Education: Required: Graduate of an accredited radiological program. Registered by ARRT or NMTCB certified in diagnostic CT. Licensed by Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Preferred: (none listed). We'll keep as bullet list. - Skills: Experience/Skills: Required: Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with peers to product optimum results. Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and families. Preferred: Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements. Department-specific competencies... That's a bit wordy; we keep as is. - Benefits: The posting mentions "This position may have a signing bonus available a member of the Recruitment Team will confirm eligibility during the interview process." That's a benefit (signing bonus). Also maybe union? Not benefit. We'll include a Benefits section with that line. - Pay: Hiring range $35.94 - $58.96 based on full time schedule 40 hrs/week. Note final offer varies based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. We'll include that. - Schedule: Schedule Details: Friday, Holidays - Every Other Holiday, Monday, Tuesday Scheduled Hours: 7p-7a Shift: 1 - Day Shift, 12 Hours (United States of America) Hours: 36 Cost Center: 10014 - 3578 Cat Scan Union: SHARE Marlborough. We'll include schedule details. We must not include duplicated lines, boilerplate like EEO statements, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions. Remove lines like "Are you a current UMass Memorial Health caregiver? Apply now through Workday." Also remove "All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to..." etc. Also remove "We’re striving to make respect a part..." etc. Also remove "As an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer..." etc. Also remove contact for disability assistance. Also remove "Everyone Is a Caregiver..." paragraph? That's more about organization; could be considered boilerplate but it's not EEO; still it's generic marketing. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Everyone Is a Caregiver..." is not exactly those categories, but it's more about the organization's mission. Could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? However it's not specific to the role; it's generic. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. This paragraph is substantive about the organization but not role-specific. It might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO or legal. It's more like a mission statement. I'd keep it maybe under About the role as it describes the organization and role context. But it's not specific to the role; still it's substantive info about the employer. I'd include it. But we also have "Under the supervision of the Senior CT Scan Technologist..." which is role-specific. We'll combine both. Now produce HTML fragment: use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide what is a list: Responsibilities bullet list, Requirements bullet list, Skills bullet list maybe as list, Benefits bullet list (maybe just one item). Pay and Schedule could be prose (

) unless they have list items. We'll produce:
