CT Technologist - Full-Time Evening

About the Role

The CT Tech performs computed tomography examinations based on physician orders, utilizing advanced CT equipment while considering patient-specific needs. They apply knowledge of imaging techniques, optimize image quality, and ensure patient safety. The role involves operating sophisticated imaging technology, adhering to safety protocols, and providing accurate imaging to support diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT scans safely and effectively
• Follow physician instructions and utilize judgment to produce high-quality images
• Maintain equipment safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Oregon Medical Imaging License
• BLS certification
• Registration with recognized radiologic technology boards
• Certification in CT within one year (preferred)
