About the role

The Imaging department at Wilcox Health, recently named the Wilcox Family Imaging Center, is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality diagnostic services and care for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography scans on patients, ensuring seamless integration into quality patient care plans.
• Work closely with physicians and other hospital staff to optimize the use of this advanced imaging technology.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during scans, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues to explain procedures and address concerns.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and maintain accurate records of patient information.

Requirements

• Must meet education requirements for Hawaii state licensing.
• Current Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
• One (1) year Radiologic Technologist or related experience.
• Preferred: Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT)(R) with the Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Registered CT Technologist with the ARRT.
• One (1) year CT Technologist experience.
