Job Summary and Qualifications
Performs superior/quality CT scans under the guidance of a Radiologist on all ages. Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards, radiation safety guidelines that include monitoring. Participates in departmental Performance Improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiology Technology.
- LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- Registered with the State of Texas.
- Registered with ARRT (Army graduates must take their ARRT registry with in twelve months of their hire date or earlier if mandated by the State of Texas), and Texas (MRT) CT Certification through ARRT preferred.
- Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.
