CT Technologist

About the Role

The CT Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as CT, MRI, and others, on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. They prepare patients and equipment, and conduct studies independently, including on-call and portable exams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures
• Perform imaging studies independently and as required

Qualifications

• Associate or Trade School education
• Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (Illinois), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
• Preferred: less than 2 years of experience, CPR, IV Therapy
• Willing to cross-train in CT if not already certified

Skills

• Strong technical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility for call and holiday rotations
• Certification in relevant imaging modalities (required or preferred)
