CT Technologist
Description
Trinity Health Of New England is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join their team. The position involves performing CAT Scan examinations, including angiography, using appropriate software, hardware, and imaging techniques. Key responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering CT contrast, ensuring patient safety, reviewing exams for technical accuracy, presenting completed exams to radiologists, and communicating relevant data to caregivers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of a Certified CAT scan program
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in both Radiography and CAT scan
- State licensure as a Radiographer
- Registry eligible candidates must obtain certification within one year of hire
- One year of working experience as a CAT Scan Technologist preferred
