CT Technologist

Position

Position will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 0900-2130

About the Role

We are seeking a(an) CT Technologist for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care.

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions
• Administer contrast materials
• Prepare and operate the CT scan equipment
• Position the patient to capture the appropriate images
• Communicate and work independently in performing all CT procedures
• Take images of a patient’s body from different angles using computed tomography equipment
• Prepare patients for radiological procedure by positioning patient; adjusting immobilization devices; moving equipment into specified position; adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors
• Positively reflect concern and consideration when interacting with patients, medical staff, and employees

Requirements

• Graduate of 24-month AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology - Certified by ARRT
• ARRT(RT)(CT) REQUIRED and CE compliance & Current BLS certification required
• 1 year diagnostic experience required
• CT experience preferred
• Solid to expert knowledge of all CT procedures
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (ARRT-CT)
• Radiography Vocational School Graduate

Qualifications

Pay

Hourly Wage Estimate: $33.44 - $51.26 / hour
