About the role
Part-time CT Tech responsible for performing diagnostic-quality CT imaging procedures, ensuring radiation safety, educating patients on procedures and safety protocols, and maintaining accurate documentation in a supportive, patient-focused, technology-driven healthcare setting that emphasizes team growth, wellness, and community impact.
Responsibilities
- Conducting high-quality CT scans to support patient care.
- Practicing radiation safety and dose reduction when appropriate.
- Providing patient education on radiologic procedures and safety.
- Ensuring exam accuracy and workflow compliance.
- Answering department phones professionally and completing documentation.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited radiology technology program.
- Registered by the ARRT (R).
- Kansas State Board of Healing Arts License.
- BLS certification required within 14 days of hire or transfer.
