About the role
We are seeking a full-time CT Technologist for a mobile stroke treatment unit. This role involves performing high-quality CT imaging, supporting operational workflows, and contributing to program development in a dynamic, mobile healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT imaging in a mobile stroke treatment unit.
- Support operational workflows, including patient history intake and contrast media administration.
- Operate and maintain CT scanning equipment, including troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, EMS, IT, and vendors to ensure efficient and safe stroke imaging delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, and operational excellence efforts.
- Support training, onboarding, and ongoing education for team members.
- Contribute to program development, project management, and leadership initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison with support teams to enhance coordination and communication.
Requirements
- Certification by ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
- Ohio Radiologic License.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills
- Ability to coordinate imaging workflows and participate in quality assurance activities.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting program initiatives and operational readiness in a healthcare setting.
Schedule
Variable shifts; 40 hours weekly.
