About the role

• Provides immediate medical care to patients experiencing acute health issues
• Handles emergency calls and dispatches ambulatory services as needed
• Maintains a calm and professional demeanor during stressful situations

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient conditions and determines appropriate treatment
• Administers first aid and basic life support as necessary
• Coordinates with hospital staff for follow-up care
• Ensures compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures

Requirements

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience in emergency care or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Passing score on a background check
