Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the personal injury department
  • Handle a full caseload of pre-litigation and litigation matters
  • Oversee motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and workplace injury cases
  • Develop case strategy, negotiate settlements, and handle litigation as needed
  • Mentor and collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff
  • Maintain high standards for client communication and case progression

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of personal injury experience
  • Licensed to practice and in good standing in Connecticut
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
  • Excellent oral advocacy skills
  • Strong leadership, case management, and communication skills
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred but not required

A boutique law firm located near New Haven, CT is seeking a CT-based Personal Injury Attorney to lead and manage the Personal Injury Department.

  • Compensation: Salary range $160,000 - $180,000, based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
