CT Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Attorney (Permanent)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the personal injury department
- Handle a full caseload of pre-litigation and litigation matters
- Oversee motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and workplace injury cases
- Develop case strategy, negotiate settlements, and handle litigation as needed
- Mentor and collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff
- Maintain high standards for client communication and case progression
Requirements
- At least 3 years of personal injury experience
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in Connecticut
- J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Excellent oral advocacy skills
- Strong leadership, case management, and communication skills
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred but not required

A boutique law firm located near New Haven, CT is seeking a CT-based Personal Injury Attorney to lead and manage the Personal Injury Department.
Position Details

- Schedule: Full-time
- Location: In-person (near New Haven, CT)
- Compensation: Salary range $160,000 - $180,000, based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
