Service Parts Associate II Location: El Cajon, CA (Onsite) Pay Rate: $24.00/hour Full-Time Contract | Standard Business Hours About The Opportunity Our client is seeking a Service Parts Associate II to support customers, technicians, and internal teams by ensuring timely and accurate parts sourcing, order processing, inventory management, and customer support. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in parts, warehouse operations, mechanical environments, automotive, industrial distribution, heavy equipment, or related industries. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries, orders, and product availability.Process customer orders, transactions, and related documentation accurately.Support walk-in customers and respond to phone inquiries in a professional manner.Source and locate parts using inventory systems, catalogs, and other resources.Maintain inventory accuracy through stock management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities.Collaborate with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests.Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services when appropriate.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts counter and warehouse environment.Follow all company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in parts, warehouse, inventory, mechanical, automotive, industrial, or related environments.Strong customer service and communication skills.Experience with order processing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based inventory systems.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Experience Parts counter or parts department experience.Automotive, diesel, trucking, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or industrial parts experience.Experience working with inventory management systems and parts catalogs.Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control practices.
