CSR - Tide Cleaners South Meridian

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with drop-off and pick-up of garments
• Ensure all items are properly tagged and logged in the system
• Answer customer inquiries regarding services, turnaround times, and pricing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and customer service area
• Aid in handling payments and providing accurate receipts to customers
• Ensure all orders are processed according to Tide Cleaners’ standards and timelines
• Address any customer concerns or escalate issues to the manager as needed
• Perform opening and closing duties for the shift as required

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn our point-of-sale system
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work occasional additional shifts (Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays) as needed

Compensation

$15 to $17 per hour, based on experience.
