Job Title: Full Time Customer Service Associate Location: Tide Cleaners, South Meridian Position Type: Full Time (Approximately 4-5 days a week rotating schedule with co-worker.) Work Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00 PM – 5:00 PMSaturday 10:00 - 2:00 PMShift is typically Monday/Tuesday/Thursday or Wednesday/Friday/Saturday Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our team at Tide Cleaners. This role involves providing excellent service to our customers, handling drop-off and pick-up orders, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience at our drop store. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with drop-off and pick-up of garmentsEnsure all items are properly tagged and logged in the systemAnswer customer inquiries regarding services, turnaround times, and pricingMaintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and customer service areaAssist in handling payments and providing accurate receipts to customersEnsure all orders are processed according to Tide Cleaners’ standards and timelinesAddress any customer concerns or escalate issues to the manager as neededPerform opening and closing duties for the shift as required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyBasic computer skills and ability to learn our point-of-sale systemPrevious customer service or retail experience is a plus but not requiredMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work occasional additional shifts (Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays) as needed Compensation: $15 to $17 per hour, based on experience.
