The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications. Responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining security.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications.
- Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
- Facilitate the relationship between job applicants and employers, and manage the relationship with customers.
- Automatically collect and process personal data to improve the Services and comply with legal requirements.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of web development and software engineering principles.
- Experience with backend development, database management, and API integration.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in software development or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management systems.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and services.
Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
