About the role

Entry level position. We're seeking a personable, tech-savvy professional who values relationships and thrives in a client-focused environment. Insurance experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Client facing role.
• Handling premium changes, billing issues, process policy changes, proofs of insurance.
• Receptionist, office assistant, EZ Lynx rater, Epic AMS data entry.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality, professionally persuasive.
• Tech-forward mindset (comfortable with modern tools and systems).
• Excellent verbal communication (we prefer talkers over texters!)
• Desire to become a licensed account manager.
• Commitment to integrity, teamwork, professionalism and family.
