Responsibilities
- Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to the customer
- Contact customers to gather information, complete verifications and update records
- Perform compliance audits completing corrections as needed
- Maintain electronic records and files, backing up completed work
- Create and update Excel spreadsheets
Requirements
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Great attention to detail, proficient with Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills
- Focused on deadline achievement
- Bilingual English / Spanish (desired but not required)
Skills Needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to type 45+ WPM
- Financial Services and/or Auto Industry experience helpful
- Prioritized multi-tasking
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Maintain high quality performance within deadlines provided
- Able to sit at desk for prolonged periods at a time

Pay
Total compensation $40,000 and up (with base rate and bonus) $500 signing Bonus!
