About the Opportunity
The Customer Service Representative II (Phones) role is focused on delivering superior customer service in a remote call center setting. The position is responsible for handling claims coordination, eligibility inquiries, and achieving service level and quality goals. This role contributes to ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem solving, adherence to privacy standards, and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Work according to the organization's guiding principles.
- Cook claims electronically and via telephone.
- Handle eligibility inquiries across all lines of business.
- Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and precision in all interactions.
- Document customer information and communications in the CRM system.
- Maintain knowledge of client requirements using the Knowledge Base.
- Provide mentoring, training, and development to other customer service representatives as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a minimum of 2 years of college education is preferred.
- At least 2 years of contact center experience is preferred.
- A minimum age of 18 years is required.
- Strong time management and the ability to work independently are essential.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills are necessary.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple screens/programs while engaging with customers is required.
- A customer service-oriented attitude with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness is expected.
- Experience maneuvering electronic data between various environments is beneficial.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
