About the role

Summers Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling is actively searching for a self-motivated full-time CSR (Customer Service Rep) to join our HVAC and plumbing office team.

Responsibilities

• Serve the needs of customers and staff
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Demonstrate superb interpersonal skills
• Keep the office running smoothly through strong communication
• Clearly explain HVAC and plumbing products to new and existing clients
• Document every customer interaction to keep records up to date

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Great written and verbal communications skills
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work independently and with a high-functioning office team
• Experience in customer care and support
• Proactive, reliable, and punctual

• Able to uphold composure under pressure
• Service-oriented, patient, and able to empathize with others

Pay

$29,000–$34,500/year plus commission.
