This position is National Remote. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities
- Complete thorough documentation of call interactions with real time talking and typing
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or internal customers
- Make outbound calls to members with a cancer diagnosis to provide education on the value of Cancer Support Program (CSP)
- Data collection from members, inputting information into an assessment to determine eligibility
- Cook up information to clinical team partners
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook) as your primary work tools
- 1+ years of experience in Telephonic Customer service
- Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience taking in a high-volume call center environment
- Experience working within a medical / behavioral setting (e.g. hospital, managed care organization, OR joint medical / behavioral outpatient practice)
- Bilingual fluency with English and Spanish
- Experience working within multiple complex systems simultaneously to complete required tasks
- Experience working with populations experiencing a cancer diagnosis
Telecommuting Requirements
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Pay and Schedule
The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 - $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
