CSL Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction to Direct Support Staff
• Fulfills written plan of care for each member in the program
• Provides hands-on direct support to members of the CSL program
• Collaborates and communicates with CSL Manager, Case Managers, and natural supports to compliment member’s plan of care
• Maintains workload of the group and re-assigns tasks as needed
• Completes necessary documentation for each member served
• Trains staff in conjunction with the CSL Manager
• Buils and maintains relationships with members served, funders, and community stakeholders
• Participates in On-Call rotation responsibilities
• Applies GT Independence values during all workplace practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience relevant to the work performed
• Knowledge base in supervision, case management, and leadership
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Team-work oriented
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
