CSC Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Parts and Service Sales financial targets – sales, margins, expenses, net income.
• Continuously focus on improving the performance, productivity, safety and shop efficiency on parts and service of the CSC location.
• Direct and manage all branch Parts and Service functions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues.

Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 3-5 years prior managerial experience in a related industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; including Word, Excel, etc.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record for occasional travel.
