Responsibilities
- Responsible for Parts and Service Sales financial targets – sales, margins, expenses, net income.
- Continuously focus on improving the performance, productivity, safety and shop efficiency on parts and service of the CSC location.
- Direct and manage all branch Parts and Service functions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies.
- Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues.
Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 3-5 years prior managerial experience in a related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; including Word, Excel, etc.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record for occasional travel.
