About the role

This role acts as a catalyst for the regional sales teams, developing the framework and presentation of the managed program to customers. It is a centrally focused position that provides resource and support to the sales team in building custom programs for customers. This is a day-to-day hybrid customer service and administrative sales support role to ensure smooth sales procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point person for US sales regions in developing the framework and presentation of the managed program for key customers.
  • Serve as an expert resource for customers, conducting presentations and guiding them through the program concept, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Participate in meetings (in person or virtual) with potential large and/or strategic customers.
  • Conduct ongoing virtual training sessions to educate participating CS Connect Program Retailers and Fabricators on systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leads to enhance presentation materials as needed to ensure program success.
  • Work with Channel Marketing and Sales Program Leaders to develop incentives, call-to-action emails, and go-to-market strategies to retain current customers and acquire new ones.
  • Develop channels to capture ongoing customer feedback both internally and externally; collect and analyze feedback results and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the managed program.
  • Participate in regional or national conventions and trade shows to promote the CS Connect program (e.g., Buyer Group Conventions, KBIS).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications, or any related field.
  • Dynamic and sharp with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in CRM is a high advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment.
  • Proven track record in providing effective and high-quality customer service.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to complete tasks on a timely basis.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines in a multi-task, high-priority environment.
  • Excellent communication, work management, collaboration, and results orientation skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of programs, databases, and Microsoft software (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Oracle).

Working Conditions

  • Travel estimated at 50% of the time across the US.
  • Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Lifting or moving up to 10 lbs may be required.

Pay

Starting base salary of $50,000, with total target annual earnings of approximately $100,000 for employees meeting performance expectations. This position offers an uncapped incentive plan, providing top performers the opportunity to earn well above target compensation based on individual results.
