The Crushing Operations Team at Ames Construction is seeking experienced professionals to join their dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in the production of aggregates essential for large-scale civil construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily tasks of operators, mechanics, and laborers
• Conduct safety meetings and inspections
• Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Monitor production quality and output

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ crushing or heavy equipment experience
• Strong commitment to safety
