Cruise Vacation Specialist
About the role
PerLuxe Travels is seeking a Cruise Vacation Specialist to ensure dependable workflow control across premium resorts, cruises, Disney trips, family and couples travel, group planning, quotes, and travel-rule research. This role focuses on cruise vacation specialized execution within premium travel research, ensuring visibility of owners, evidence, and next actions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Cruise Vacation Specialist workflow by documenting process issues that repeatedly slow execution.
- Track the workflow by organizing recurring work by owner and status.
- Own the workflow by checking incoming requests for completeness.
- Coordinate the workflow by routing work to the correct next step.
- Review the workflow by tracking unresolved exceptions through closure.
Quality is demonstrated when workflow control is accurate enough for others to act on, and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed.
Qualifications
- Confident use of Cruise Vacation Specialist Execution and Task Management tools.
- Ability to apply Service Operations without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Clear documentation of Business Support decisions so teammates can follow the reasoning.
- Sound judgment in Operational Reporting, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
Role Details
This is a full-time, associate-level position, 100% remote within the United States. Remote execution is considered complete only when workflow control is accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
