About the role

The role is responsible for providing culinary services on board our ships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and guidelines provided by the kitchen team.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Work closely with the hospitality team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the galley.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Valid Food Handlers Permit.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
