The Cruise Booking Coordinator ensures cruise-focused, booking-driven coordination within a Philippine travel/DMC environment. The role prioritizes visibility of confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while maintaining clear separation of status, ownership, and next actions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cruise bookings with supplier alignment, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within Philippine travel/DMC operations.
- Review and update Shroff Travel role documentation with status tracking for cruise bookings, maintaining traceability and ownership.
- Document reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring cruise bookings remain current and actionable.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for cruise bookings, including unresolved items and error tracking to prevent downstream rework.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, ensuring cruise bookings meet operational standards and exceptions are escalated.
- Apply Shroff Travel Workflow Context and Travel Planning confidently to support cruise bookings in a Philippine travel/DMC setting.
- Ensure data accuracy without missing deadlines or evidence in the cruise booking workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions, keeping reasoning clear for cross-functional teams.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, particularly when cruise bookings depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Complete remote handoffs only when exception tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination are secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Qualifications

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate-level position.
