Responsibilities
- Maintain cruise booking coordination with suppliers, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Reconcile agency documentation with status tracking for cruise bookings, leaving a clear audit trail.
- Coordinate reservation systems and manage deadlines for cruise bookings, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
- Review documentation and generate reports to maintain transparency and accountability in cruise-focused workflows.
- Enforce quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they cause rework.
- Apply judgment in follow-ups, especially when bookings depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure handoffs are complete only when documentation, quality control, and record management meet agency standards.

- Ability to work confidently within the agency’s workflow for domestic and international travel planning.
- Strong attention to data accuracy, with a focus on maintaining evidence and meeting deadlines.

- Full-time availability, associate-level experience, and 100% remote work capability within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
