Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cruise bookings with suppliers, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.
  • Review and update role documentation with status tracking for cruise booking coordination, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
  • Document reservation systems and manage deadlines for cruise bookings, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for cruise booking activities, ensuring clarity and accountability.
  • Reconcile quality control with workflow management, ensuring cruise booking processes remain traceable and errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.
  • Apply data accuracy in all cruise booking workflows, ensuring evidence and deadlines are consistently tracked.
  • Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions, ensuring reasoning is clear within the operational context.
  • Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when cruise bookings depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs combine exception tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination, keeping all signals current and work secure for the next authorized teammate.
