Cross-Sell Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze producers' books and external data sources to identify cross-sell opportunities and uncover actionable insights.
• Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) tracking pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
• Manage CRM data integrity, lead-tracking workflows, and sales operations tools.
• Administer cross-sell resources and documentation to support team consistency and enablement.
• Serve as backup to the Strategic Resource Manager and build relationships with producers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years' experience in sales operations, data analysis, or administrative support; insurance industry experience a plus.
• Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong emphasis on Excel and data reporting.
• Experience with a CRM system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics; strong data management and analytical skills.
• Strong technology literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and an inherent sense of urgency.
• Creative problem solver able to break complex data or process issues into clear, actionable steps.
