Cross Functional Project Manager

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project and process management with a focus in cross-functional collaboration and prioritization
• Experience creating and managing project workflows, and prioritizing those, projects leveraging collaboration tools such as Quip, Confluence, Wrike, etc.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with and present to partners at all levels of the organization, distilling down to the right level of information needed for the audience
• Expertise in working effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to prioritize new features, programs and capabilities
• Experience tracking and managing multiple projects, businesses and products within tight deadlines, using project management methodologies such as Agile, Hybrid, etc.
• A stellar teammate who is able to influence and drive decision making for the group as a whole

Description

Work closely with global and cross functional teams such as Engineering, Product, Operations, Business and Marketing. The work involves prioritizing strategic marketing campaigns, feature asks, feature performance evaluation, and partnering with the Marketing team in strategic planning and Operations team in execution. This role serves as the central point across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing driving alignment, managing complexity, and delivering outcomes on time and at scale.
