About the role

Bio Town Ag is a diversified, innovative, and growth-oriented agricultural business with operations in crop production, livestock production, organic waste recycling, and renewable energy. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our crop production team.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining a full line of row crop equipment and trucks
• Ordering parts and making timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Organizing and monitoring parts inventory
• Participating in seasonal field operations

Requirements

• Experience with ag or heavy equipment maintenance
• A versatile skill set
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
