Responsibilities

• Meet established annual sales goals.
• Utilize Trucordia Crop Insurance sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities.
• Collaborate across the platform to grow and service the book of business.
• Maintain a notable book of business aligned with Trucordia’s growth strategy.
• Follow Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of tools and sales management platforms.

Requirements

• State-issued Property and Casualty License.
• Crop Insurance License.
• 5+ years in an Insurance sales role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Farm or Ranch experience.
• Future Farmers of America (FFA) involvement.
• Experience with Livestock Programs.
