Sompo · Texas, United States · 4 wk ago
RemoteRemoteFinanceFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "Are you looking for your next opportunity? Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Crop Insurance Adjuster to support our Multi-Peril Crop Insurance (MPCI), Private Products and Named Peril claims group." That's like overview. Then location line. Then "We strive for collaboration..." etc. Then "Our Business, Your Impact, Our Opportunity" maybe heading? But we only use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. We have responsibilities list: bullet points after "What you’ll be doing:" then many items. Those are responsibilities. We have "What You’ll Bring" includes experience, license, education, knowledge, skills, abilities. That's qualifications/requirements/skills. We need to split appropriately: maybe Requirements (experience, license, education), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). Also Physical Requirements & Work Conditions could be part of Requirements? But we only have headings for specific categories; we can put physical requirements under Requirements or maybe under a separate section? Not listed. We could include under Requirements. Benefits: there is a benefits summary after "Below is a summary of our current comprehensive U.S. benefit programs:" then list of benefits. So we can create Benefits section. Pay: there is mention: "Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors..." and later "competitive, high-quality compensation and benefit programs". No specific pay numbers. According to rule: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It mentions compensation depends on factors, but not specific pay. It says "competitive, high-quality compensation". That's vague. Probably we should not create Pay section because no concrete pay info. Similarly Schedule: not mentioned. So omit Pay and Schedule. We also need About the role section: could include overview paragraph about role, location, environment. Use

About the role

then

with description. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes some like "At Sompo, our shared purpose..." that's maybe boilerplate but it's about values; could be considered fluff but maybe keep as part of About the role? It's not specific to role. Might be considered boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The values section maybe not boilerplate but could be considered generic. Safer to omit? But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. The values section is substantive about company culture but not specific to role. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Values section is not that. Might keep? However we have limited sections; we could include in About the role a paragraph about Sompo's values? Might be okay. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Let's extract responsibilities list: - Build and maintain professional relationships with the Area Claim Supervisor, policyholders, agents, and other adjusters - Record and transmit loss information to accurately determine potential damages in accordance to established loss adjustment procedures (FCIC, NCIS and Company) - Complete field inspections, read maps and aerial imagery, measure fields and measure storage bins - Utilize company software proficiently including daily monitoring of all company communications - Follow FCIS, State, and Company rules and regulations, policies, and procedures for MPCI and Private Products - Complete initial and ongoing training and certifications as required by FCIC and State Regulations - Explain adjusting procedures and related findings to the policyholder and agent - Perform fact-finding and investigate crop damage, record information, and transmit information to accurately determine potential indemnities - Train field claims staff on claim procedures, best practices, and compliance standards - Willingness to learn new crops That's responsibilities. Now "What You’ll Bring" includes: - 2 years' experience handling crop insurance claims, preferred - 2 years' experience as a crop insurance adjuster, preferred - Required license and certification: CAPP certification and valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and applicable State license. - High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience - Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities list (many items) - Physical Requirements & Work Conditions list - Environmental Conditions description We need to split into Requirements (experience, license, education) and Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). Physical requirements maybe also under Requirements? Could be separate but we don't have heading. Could include under Requirements as part of "Requirements". We'll put physical requirements under Requirements as well. Now Benefits section: list: - Two medical plans to choose from, including a Traditional PPO & a Consumer Driven Health Plan with a Health Savings account providing a competitive employer contribution - Pharmacy benefits with mail order options - Dental benefits including orthodontia benefits for adults and children - Vision benefits - Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts - Company-paid Life & AD&D benefits, including the option to purchase Supplemental life coverage for employee, spouse & children - Company-paid Disability benefits with very competitive salary continuation payments - 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with competitive employer contributions - Competitive paid-time-off programs, including company-paid holidays - Competitive Parental Leave Benefits & Adoption Assistance program - Employee Assistance Program - Tax-Free Commuter Benefit - Tuition Reimbursement & Professional Qualification benefits Now About the role: include overview: "Are you looking for your next opportunity? Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Crop Insurance Adjuster to support our Multi-Peril Crop Insurance (MPCI), Private Products and Named Peril claims group. Location: This position will be based remotely in Texas ideally Pleasanton, TX and the surrounding areas. We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lasting careers." Also maybe include "Our Business, Your Impact, Our Opportunity" but that's just a heading; we can incorporate into paragraph. We should not repeat job title as heading. Already not. Now produce HTML:

We should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not. Check for any boilerplate: we omitted the values section etc. That's okay. Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: we included overview, location, responsibilities, requirements (experience, license, education, physical), skills, benefits. Did we miss any: "We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lasting careers." included in about. "Our Business, Your Impact, Our Opportunity" not needed. "Actual responsibilities will vary depending on daily needs and type of customer supported" is a sentence before responsibilities list; we omitted that sentence. It's substantive: says responsibilities will vary. Should we include? It's a description about responsibilities variability. Could be included in About the role or Responsibilities intro. We could add a sentence in Responsibilities

before list: "Actual responsibilities will vary depending on daily needs and type of customer supported." That's okay. Also "We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lasting careers." we included. Also "Location: This position will be based remotely in Texas ideally Pleasanton, TX and the surrounding areas." we included. Also "We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lasting careers." done. Also "Our Business, Your Impact, Our Opportunity" maybe not needed. Also "What you’ll be doing:" we turned into Responsibilities heading. Also "What You’ll Bring" we split. Also "Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities" we made Skills. Also "Physical Requirements & Work Conditions" we put under Requirements. Also "Environmental Conditions" we omitted? Actually we included some environmental conditions in physical requirements list (extreme weather, high dust). The Environmental Conditions paragraph: "The work environment described is intended to represent the typical conditions an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this role. The physical environment requires work in both indoor and outdoor settings, including exposure to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, humidity,
