About the Role
We are seeking a CRNA for an OB Night-Float position to grow and support our busy hospital-based practice in White Plains, NY. This role offers a diverse case mix within a care team model and exceptional work-life balance flexibility. White Plains Hospital is the most awarded and fastest-growing hospital in Westchester County, renowned for its specialized surgical care and high-efficiency operations led by attending physicians.
Our practice provides anesthesia services for a diverse case mix at White Plains Hospital and five Ambulatory Surgery Centers in the area. We are a vibrant and energetic group of 45 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs, covering 41 anesthetizing locations daily in a collaborative care team model.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
- Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
Requirements
- Current license as a registered professional nurse.
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
Pay
- Base salary: $375,000
- Sign-on incentive: $100,000
- CME allowance: $1,500

OB Night-Float: 26 weeks on and 26 weeks off.
