CRNA- Waterloo/CF- $286K base + $50K Commencement

Responsibilities

• Develops anesthesia plans for patients and administers anesthesia.
• Observes patients' physiological condition while under anesthesia and initiates corrective actions as necessary or as directed by physician.
• Performs pre- and post-operative evaluations on assigned cases, and documents same in patient charts and required records.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved CRNA program.
• Certified by National Board of Certification for Nurse Anesthetists.
• Federal and State Controlled Substance Prescribing Authority.
• BLS certification.
• Mandatory Reporter.
