About the role
We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time, ongoing position in an autonomous hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia services for various surgical cases, excluding heads, hearts, or spine procedures.
- Manage a variable caseload with a focus on bread-and-butter surgeries.
- Handle weekday and weekend call coverage with a 1:5 and 1:7 ratio, respectively.
- Maintain autonomous practice with prescriptive authority and regional anesthesia experience.
- Work during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with on-site responsibilities.
- Deliver anesthesia care across all ages.
- Manage patient care during scheduled surgical procedures.
- Provide call coverage as needed within established ratios.
Requirements
- Board certification in anesthesia.
- Prescriptive authority.
- Regional anesthesia experience.
- Ability to work independently in an autonomous staffing model.
Schedule
Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with weekday and weekend call coverage (1:5 and 1:7 ratio, respectively).
