Role and Responsibilities: The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services in a small, well-organized hospital setting with two operating rooms. Key duties include: managing a steady mix of routine surgical and procedural cases, including regional blocks and occasional obstetric or ENT procedures, during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The role involves working within an autonomous practice model, supporting a collaborative perioperative team, and responding to call coverage within 30 minutes when scheduled. Qualifications and Skills: Board certification is required. The position involves managing adult patients with diverse case loads, supported by nursing staff, medical assistants, and administrative personnel. No prescriptive authority is necessary, and supervision is autonomous. The workload varies based on facility volume. Additional Details: The position offers a consistent schedule with clear expectations for day shift duties and call obligations. It is an on-site role with no government affiliation, and the clinician is not required to be hands-on 100%. The staffing model emphasizes independence within a collaborative team environment.
