Summary Of The CRNA Role This position involves providing comprehensive anesthesia services in a small, well-organized hospital with two operating rooms. The CRNA will work within an autonomous practice model, collaborating with a supportive perioperative team to deliver efficient patient care. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload including routine surgeries, regional blocks, and occasional obstetric or ENT procedures.Work during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with structured call coverage requiring a 30-minute response time.Operate independently with no prescriptive authority needed, providing anesthesia for adult patients.Handle varied patient volumes with support staff including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel. Qualifications & Skills Board certification is mandatory.Experience in an autonomous practice environment preferred.Strong collaboration skills within a perioperative team. Additional Details Support staff and patient population primarily adults.Work on-site in a facility with a steady case load.No prescriptive authority or government affiliation required.
