Role Overview This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) responsible for providing anesthesia care in a high-quality, patient-centered environment. The role involves collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical professionals to deliver anesthesia across various settings, including operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy labs, cath labs, interventional radiology, pulmonary, and MRI services. Key Responsibilities Participate in professional development and maintain certificationsProvide direct patient care and accurately document servicesEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and hospital policiesComplete pre-anesthesia assessments and review laboratory data to initiate anesthesia procedures Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in NursingMinimum of 2 years of experience or no experience (new graduates welcome)Certification as a RN AnesthetistPreferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing Key Duties Manage anesthesia for a variety of cases, including operating room, outpatient, and specialized proceduresParticipate in call schedules, with a minimal call requirement from home, offering work/life balanceProvide safe, high-quality anesthesia care in a supportive team environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary starting at $243,500 for new grads, with additional pay for call and hours workedSign-on bonus of $30,000 and an advanced sign-on option for studentsComprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, CME allowance, and other benefits This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a top hospital system with state-of-the-art facilities, supporting professional growth in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
