Role Overview The position involves providing anesthesia care across various patient acuity levels and settings, including surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management procedures. Responsibilities include performing pre-operative assessments, developing and communicating care plans, establishing venous access, maintaining airway management, inducing and monitoring anesthesia, and ensuring proper emergence and transfer of care post-procedure. Additionally, the role includes performing post-operative follow-up and serving as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students. Qualifications & Skills Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and license, or Registered Nurse (RN) license with current certification in nurse anesthesia.Ability to work varied shifts, with effective communication, visual acuity, and sound hearing abilities.Commitment to upholding safety standards, confidentiality, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Establish and maintain venous access and airway management.Induce, monitor, and recover patients from anesthesia.Coordinate with team members to ensure safe procedure completion and follow-up care.Educate and supervise anesthesia students, promoting best practices and safety standards.
