About The Specialty Alliance
The Specialty Alliance powers the future of physician-led, multi-specialty care by uniting and empowering leading physician-led gastroenterology and urology practices. Our exclusive alliance is built for clinical excellence, growth, and exceptional patient care.
Patients come first in every decision we make, strengthening patient care through a commitment to quality, access, and outcomes. Our shared infrastructure ensures physicians have the tools, data, and support to continually elevate care in every community we serve.
Our model is built on physician leadership at every level, including our Physician Executive Committee, Regional Clinical Governance Boards, and Local Head Physicians. This structure preserves clinical autonomy while strengthening specialty excellence through national-scale resources.
As a Management Services Organization (MSO), we reduce administrative burden so physicians can focus on patients. Our national infrastructure—covering analytics, technology, revenue cycle, compliance, and operational support—enables, supports, and aligns with physicians rather than managing them.
Outcomes matter in our partnership-first approach. Our data insights and operational strength drive clinical, operational, and practice growth, expanding access and raising the standard of specialty care nationwide.
