About The Specialty Alliance

The Specialty Alliance is a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) that powers the future of physician-led, multi-specialty care. We unite and empower leading physician-led gastroenterology and urology practices through an exclusive alliance built for clinical excellence, growth, and exceptional patient care.

Every decision is anchored in strengthening patient care. Our physicians lead with a commitment to quality, access, and outcomes, supported by shared infrastructure, tools, and data to continually elevate care in every community we serve.

Our model is built on physician leadership at every level—through our Physician Executive Committee, Regional Clinical Governance Boards, and Local Head Physicians—ensuring clinical decision-making remains with those who deliver care. This structure preserves autonomy while strengthening specialty excellence.

As a Management Services Organization (MSO), we provide national-scale infrastructure, including analytics, technology, revenue cycle, compliance, and operational support. This reduces administrative burden so physicians can focus on patients. We enable, support, and align—without traditional management constraints.

Our leadership is driven by measurable value delivered to physicians, practices, and patients. Our partnership-first approach, combined with data insights and operational strength, has fueled clinical, operational, and practice growth. As more top-tier physicians join our specialty-led ecosystem, we expand access and raise the standard of specialty care nationwide.
