About The Specialty Alliance

The Specialty Alliance powers the future of physician-led, multi-specialty care by uniting and empowering the nation’s leading physician-led gastroenterology and urology practices through an exclusive alliance built for clinical excellence, growth, and exceptional patient care.

Patients come first. Every decision is anchored in strengthening patient care. Physicians lead with a commitment to quality, access, and outcomes, and the shared infrastructure ensures they have the tools, data, and support to continually elevate care in every community served.

The organization is a physician-led model at every level. Through the Physician Executive Committee, Regional Clinical Governance Boards, and Local Head Physicians, clinical decision-making remains with those who deliver care. This structure, supported by national-scale resources, preserves autonomy while strengthening specialty excellence.

The Specialty Alliance operates as a Management Services Organization (MSO), providing national infrastructure—including analytics, technology, revenue cycle, compliance, and operational support—to reduce administrative burden so physicians can focus on patients. The partnership-first approach, combined with data insights and operational strength, has fueled significant clinical, operational, and practice growth.
