Job Summary

You will join our well-respected Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) team and provide a safe anesthetic experience for assigned patients under the guidance of the attending surgeon. Your responsibilities include:

• Meticulously provide safe general and regional anesthetic experiences for assigned patients
• Work under the guidance of the attending surgeon
• Demonstrate exceptional expertise in anesthesia administration and management
• Ensure rigorous adherence to Surgical Standards and Recommended Practices
• Foster teamwork within the Operating Room and across departments to achieve optimal patient outcomes and efficient surgical operations

Responsibilities

Every day, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a safe and sterile environment in the Operating Room
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of new patients
• Staying current with research and best practices in Anesthesiology to provide evidence-based care

Required Job Requirements

• Current Washington State Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
• Certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Able to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
• Strong knowledge of current anesthesia practices and procedures
• Aptitude for detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to respond appropriately in stressful or emergent situations
