About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists.
• Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia plans.
• Provide compassionate and professional care to patients and their families.

Requirements

• A current license to practice as a CRNA in the state of Minnesota.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CRNA.
• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with weekends off.
