About the role

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking a skilled CRNA to join our dynamic team in Memphis, TN. We provide life-changing dental implant treatments and are dedicated to ensuring patient satisfaction and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Administer general anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office-based setting
• Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to develop and implement anesthesia plans
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
• Perform pre-operative assessments and provide patient education regarding anesthesia options and potential risks
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse events
• Stay up-to-date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment

Requirements

• Two years of experience practicing as a CRNA
• One year experience practicing independently as a solo provider
• Recent experience providing general anesthesia
• Experience with dental anesthesia
• Experience delivering anesthesia in an office-based setting

Preferred Experience

• Experience with nasal intubations
• Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
• Current ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance

Benefits

We offer a great work-life balance, a four-day schedule (Monday-Thursday), and no nights, weekends, calls, or holidays. You will also enjoy 12 days off per year and independent practice as a 1099 contractor.

Pay

The hourly rate starts at $230/hour, with negotiation based on market conditions. There is a daily guarantee regardless of your work status.

Schedule

Full-time (Monday-Thursday) preferred, with the possibility for part-time (2 days a week) arrangements.
