CRM Sales Enablement Specialist - Onsite
About the role
We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. This position is onsite at Bell’s Commercial Business Center in Fort Worth, Texas, close to the DFW airport. Please note that this role is supporting a Sales team, not an IT team.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and enhance Salesforce to support daily sales workflows.
- Create dashboards in Salesforce to give leadership and reps visibility into pipeline, activity, and performance.
- Train new and existing sales reps on Salesforce usage, sales processes, and productivity tools.
- Support the rollout of new sales tools, features, and process updates, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, or workflows that increase sales productivity and efficiency.
- Enhance sales and marketing efficiency by aiding daily problem solving of local and global CRM roadblocks.
- Collaborate on sales, marketing, and business roadmap development including budgetary planning for tool development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a STEM related field preferred. At least 2 years of direct experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software required (Salesforce experience preferred).
Qualifications
Demonstrated analytical thinking by using data to assess sales effectiveness, draw quantitative conclusions, and implement solutions quickly. Ability to integrate the objectives of regional sales strategy managers, segment specialists, and performance engineers to implement coordinated project plans. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships as well as influence and partner with cross-functional stakeholders. Proficient in delivering clear and engaging presentations. Ability to teach and coach others. Direct experience with CRM Salesforce administration and AI tool development preferred. Background in complex B2B sales environments with experience in building CRM technology roadmaps preferred. Familiarity and proven execution with data visualization tools (Power BI, Data Bricks, Salesforce Reporting) is preferred.
