Responsibilities

  • Email Management & Content Execution
  • End-to-end production of email campaigns across multiple brands, including ad hoc, promotional, transactional, and automated lifecycle emails.
  • Manage campaign calendars to ensure timely delivery of communications align with broader marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and brand priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and vendors to develop a cohesive email.
  • Carefully coordinate campaign setup within email platforms (e.g., Emarsys), including audience segmentation, template selection, builds, scheduling, and testing.
  • Ensure rigorous QA before deployment to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate email with other digital channels (paid media, social, web), ensuring cohesive multichannel customer journeys.
  • Maintain documentation of campaign processes, templates, and production standards to support scalability and knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on email execution, providing guidance and troubleshooting support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Optimization & Automation
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize subject lines, design, content, audience segmentation, and send times.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow best practices in responsive design, accessibility, deliverability, and personalization.
  • Help build, manage, and optimize automated email journeys that nurture customer relationships and drive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle (e.g., welcome series, post-purchase follow-ups, abandoned booking flows, birthday/anniversary campaigns, loyalty touchpoints).
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes), delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys through improved targeting, segmentation, and personalization.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume campaigns and complex workflows across multiple platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing, CRM strategies, advanced segmentation, and platforms such as Emarsys, Monday.com, and Wrike.
